The Story

Fajitas Mexican Grill grew out of years of hands-on experience in Macon’s restaurant scene. Owners Oscar Giorge and Lilia Anguiano first worked as a cook and server at Margaritas Mexican Grill before taking ownership in 2019 and reopening the space as Fajitas. What stayed the same was their belief in familiar flavors, steady service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Today, the restaurant remains a family effort. Their daughter, Lisett, works alongside them, bringing a new generation into the business while helping shape thoughtful updates to the menu. Classics remain central, but small changes reflect care, creativity, and attention to what guests return for again and again.

For many locals, Fajitas is a reliable place to gather—whether for a quick lunch or an unhurried dinner. It’s a spot where food, family, and community come together in a way that feels genuine and easy.
