The Story

In 1996, after planning their own wedding and recognizing a need for elevated catering in

Augusta, Robert and Natalie built Roux Catering. With backgrounds in high-end restaurants, they set out to bring handcrafted menus, seasonal ingredients and restaurant-level execution to local events. In 2026, Roux Catering celebrates 30 years, and that same commitment to personalized service and exceptional food continues to define their reputation in the community.

The Marbury Center, a restored downtown space with a bright hall and courtyard ideal for weddings and receptions, and, with the addition of The Foundry at Rae’s Creek banquet facility, Roux’s Catering has many fantastic options to consider. They also offer corporate drop-off lunches and off-site catering across Augusta. Preparing as much as possible from scratch in-house, they refuse to cut corners on quality or service, a standard clients consistently praise and return for year after year.
