For owner Mandeep Tony, that story begins in Morinda, in India’s Punjab region, and winds through Berlin, where he discovered a love for baking while working in an Italian bakery. Along the way, he built a life in America, working in restaurants and trucking, always with an eye toward something more lasting. That “something” came into focus when he discovered Tifa Chocolate & Gelato, drawn to both the quality of the product and the support of the franchise family. Today, he and his wife Priyanka, along with their three children, are proud to bring that vision to Bakersfi eld. Their shop is more than a dessert destination; it’s a gathering place rooted in family, warmth, and shared experience. Whether you’re stopping in for gelato, chocolate, or simply taking a moment to slow down and enjoy, Tifa offers a reminder that the best things in life are meant to be shared together with others.
