The Story

Recovery and wellness often begin with creating the right environment. That was Terri’s goal when she opened Renew You Studio and Spa. She wanted a place where people could slow down, focus on recovery, and feel more confident in their own skin. The studio was built around technologies designed to support the body naturally, while maintaining a calm, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable and cared for.

Today, Renew You Studio and Spa offers services that help clients relax, recover, and recharge. Many visitors come for red light therapy, whole-body cryotherapy, infrared salt sauna sessions, body sculpting, and skin rejuvenation treatments. Just as important as the services is the environment Terri has created. She takes time to listen, build relationships, and make every client feel at ease.
