The Story

Some attorneys measure success in billable hours. David K. Anderson measures it in trust, earning a place beside clients as they plan for family and business. After years in practice, he returned to solo work to maintain control over how he serves people, with the freedom to practice law the way he believes clients deserve and time to guide them.

David’s work includes estate planning, estate administration, guardianships and conservatorships, corporate law, tax-exempt organizations, and representing clients before the IRS. He focuses first on helping people navigate decisions and carries the same pursuit of excellence he set from day one. Much of his practice is built through referrals from clients and professionals who value relationships built on trust. One client relationship stands out. He represented a family-owned manufacturing business from its founding in 2001 to its sale in 2024. He was honored throughout the process to be called part of the team and family.
