The Story

For Farrah La Pan, real estate represents more than contracts and closings. Through her work at Real Estate Simplified, she approaches each transaction with the belief that home is both a foundation and a launching point. Born in Augusta but often on the move, she developed a personal understanding of what “home” truly means. Her early career as an archaeologist and years of travel shaped that perspective, reinforcing the importance of creating a place where life can unfold with stability and purpose. She found that sense of belonging in the people of the CSRA and now helps others establish it for themselves.

Anna Adkins complements that vision with a personable approach and steady transactional knowledge. With experience as a real estate paralegal and a strong grasp of the local market, she guides clients through each step with clarity and organization. Together, the team brings more than 30 years of combined experience, working to keep the buying, selling and investing process informed, structured and approachable.
