Late nights in Augusta once came with limited options for something sweet. That realization — Augusta needs a dessert bar — sparked the creation of Mr. B’s Dessert Bar. Built around a strictly dessert-focused menu paired with handcrafted cocktails, the concept filled a

clear gap in the local scene while offering a welcoming place to gather after hours with friends or family.

Mr. B’s Dessert Bar is known for its Peanut Butter Pie and Key Lime Pie, both made in-house alongside signature desserts. Quality is non-negotiable; if an item cannot be prepared to their standard, it leaves the menu. The space itself carries personal meaning, named in honor of Chuck Baldwin and unveiled in a moment that remains deeply significant to the team. Today, guests find the spot by word of mouth and online searches, often returning with multiple generations in tow. In addition to nightly service, the full space is available for private events, extending the same care and craftsmanship that have defined it from the beginning.
