The Story

IT Services of Augusta was founded in 2010 by Brian Smallwood and Keith Roberson, who recognized a growing need for dependable, hands-on technology support. Brian entered the field through a consulting firm where he met Keith. When that company closed, the two chose to build their own path—creating an IT provider focused on responsiveness, long-term relationships and practical solutions for businesses. Their goal was simple: deliver expert service without the corporate runaround.

Alongside manager Nigel Hankins and their experienced team, they keep companies connected, secure and operating efficiently. IT Services of Augusta supports cybersecurity, networking, server management, data backup and cloud solutions, pairing technical expertise with reliable on-site service when it matters most.
