The Story

Loss became a turning point for Michele Holbrook, who chose to honor her son Chandler’s life by helping others. After his passing in 2020, what began as small acts of care quickly grew into a larger effort with the support of Marci Hamilton and others who believed in the mission. Together, they created Chandler’s Hope Clothes Closet, turning grief into something that could serve the community. Chandler’s Hope operates as a mobile clothing closet, offering more than just essentials. Individuals facing addiction, homelessness, domestic violence, or hardship are invited to choose their own clothing, creating a shopping experience that restores dignity. Alongside clothing, blessing bags provide additional support. As the need continues to grow, the team is working to expand their reach across Florida and Southeast Georgia, relying on community support to continue making an impact and reach even more individuals.
