to create a business she could run from home. She

a photo on social media—the response was overwhelming. Friends loved it, and from that
one simple post, Party Pop Balloons was born. Now, Haley offers vibrant, fun, and top-quality
balloon arrangements that are the perfect centerpiece for any celebration. Some designs have
even lasted up to six weeks!
But there’s more to Haley’s story. She’s overcome life-threatening health challenges battling
Cystic Fibrosis. With the help of treatment, her life improved in ways she never thought
possible—to the extent that she no longer expects the disease to kill her. Once told that she
may never be a mother, Haley now thrives with her husband and their two-year-old daughter,
Finnley. Today, she works from home, balancing motherhood and running her business while
