Since 2017, Matthew and Nikki Hammock have been
serving up lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. After
years working for local “mom & pop” places, the
husband and wife team finally fulfilled their dream of
opening Oliver’s Corner Bistro in Downtown Macon.
In an effort to bridge the gap between casual and
high-end options, Oliver’s offers stellar meals and
service in an approachable, welcoming setting in
what they call “casual fine dining.”
Chef Matthew and his talented crew focus on freshness. Lunch options include quality
sandwiches and memorable salads. Dinner features Chicken Pesto Pasta (a local
favorite), Grilled Ribeye, and Honey Bourbon Salmon. Their menu offers daily specials
including a Chef’s Seafood Special and Seasonal Risotto. Whether you are looking to
