Miramar—Spanish for “of the sea”—joined Macon’s
dining scene in 2020 as a brand new raw bar and
tapas concept in Vineville Crossing on Forsyth
Road. Created by managing partners Chris Barton
and Chelsea Leverett, the menu is centered around
three aspects—oysters, tapas, and charcuterie—and,
it features specialty items such as Southern Style
Oysters, topped with homemade pimiento cheese and pork belly, and a classic
favorite, Oysters Rockefeller.
Focusing on quality pairings in an upscale dining experience, Miramar offers
professionally curated martinis and a wide range of beer and wine selections.
They are open Monday through Saturday evenings for dinner.
Under the experienced guidance of Brasserie Circa's General Manager, Chris
Barton, the restaurant is evidence of Macon’s growing desire for fresh cuisine in
a unique dining atmosphere. Having managed many of Macon’s top restaurants,
Chris is again bringing high quality food to the community. And, since Miramar is
just around the corner from Circa, Chris continues managing the Brasserie while
