since she was 17 years old. She’s always loved
traveling to big cities and experiencing the dining
scenes in those places. This inspired her to fill
a gaping hole in the Macon market by offering high-quality ramen and creative
cocktails in a fine dining setting.
With Kinjo, she artfully reinvented “the restaurant” and created a whole new experience for diners and team members alike.
