Take the night off with dinner from Acres & Oak Kitchen…
a familiar business to Macon with a brand new name.
Formerly known as The Casserole Shop, all of the cuisine
at Acres & Oak Kitchen—appetizers, salads, entrées, sides,
desserts—is ready to heat and eat… no prep work, standing
at the stove or grocery shopping required.
The current owner, Evan Acres, is the son of former owner Tonya
Sadler. Evan and his wife Erika, are committed to serving the Macon
community for years to come, and they have a vision for growth. The
doors were opened to their second location in the beautiful downtown of Perry, Georgia in
2020, and the business has plans to open their third location in Tifton, Georgia this summer.
Why the name change? The leadership felt strongly that they offered so much more than
casseroles and wanted a name that reflected such. After much discernment, Acres & Oak
Kitchen was born, with “Acres” representing the family that owns the business, and “Oak”
representing the dinner table. Thus, the
new name means “Family Table.” The Acres
and Oak team desires to continue serving
their customers through remarkable
service and food for years to come. Even
more, they desire to be the avenue that
enables you to serve people in your life.
