As a Redken Artist and Black Level partner, Mark has built a salon culture grounded in ongoing education and technical precision. His team trains insalon to stay aligned with evolving techniques and industry standards. That same approach extends to Panache Skin and Body Retreat, a second location offering skincare, nail care, massage, and body treatments.
