Irene Wilkins LLC was built from lived experience. After navigating burnout and toxic work environments, Irene stepped into full time entrepreneurship seven years ago with a clear mission: to help others build businesses and careers that don’t cost them their peace. At the heart of her work is one on one and group business coaching for entrepreneurs and leaders ready to grow without burning out. Irene helps clients gain clarity on their direction, strengthen their systems, and create sustainable, profi table models that align with real life rather than overwhelm it. Her coaching blends strategy with emotional intelligence, giving clients the mindset, structure, and confi dence to lead well and scale wisely. Through her workshop division, Project E.M.P.A.C.T., Irene also partners with corporate teams and emerging leaders, delivering experiential sessions on emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, and mindset transformation that strengthen performance, retention, and culture.
