With more than 25 years in Bakersfield real estate, she began in mortgage lending before moving into new home sales, eventually serving as a sales manager and division president for a major builder. In 2015, she founded Chaddick Williams Realty, a boutique firm focused on residential and multi-unit properties throughout Kern County.
