The Story

Can Do Crew’s story began in 1993, when local plumber Mike Jones founded Pioneer Plumbing with a focus on honest, dependable service. Over time, that foundation built a strong reputation rooted in trust. In 2020, Douglas Oakes stepped in with a vision to grow it further, bringing a commitment to culture, integrity, and putting clients first while building a team that has grown from five to more than 45 across Bakersfi eld. Today, Can Do Crew is known for skilled technicians, reliable service, and consistent 24–48 hour response times. The name reflects their mindset, rooted in their faith and the belief in Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.” Their bold, oldschool logo adds personality, while their impact goes beyond service. They support local nonprofi ts and serve customers through Costco locations, continuing to build a reputation shaped by consistency and care.
