She provides tailored HR solutions across compliance, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development. Karol holds specialty credentials in workplace investigations, California employment law, HR + AI, and Mental Health Ally. She also serves as Programs and Sponsorship Director for Kern County SHRM and Vice President of Marketing for SHRM California State Council, supporting the growth of HR professionals across the state
