The Story

SÓl Himalayan Salt Cave and Spa invites guests to slow down and let the body lead the mind into rest. What may sound counterintuitive becomes clear once you settle into the experience. Designed as a full-service wellness space, Sol offers on-site massage therapy, sought-after facials, a full-spectrum infrared sauna, and an amethyst Biomat aimed at easing tension and restoring balance. A curated selection of self-care products greets visitors at the entrance, reinforcing the focus on whole-body renewal.

The signature Salt Cave remains the centerpiece. Eleven tons of Himalayan salt line the floor and walls, surrounding guests in soft lighting, comfortable seating, gentle music, and the subtle sound of water. A halogenerator disperses pharmaceutical-grade salt into the air, creating an environment often sought for respiratory concerns, skin conditions, allergies, and stress relief. Guests can also experience the spa’s newest service, the PureWave VEMI. In just 45 minutes, many find the calm they didn’t realize they needed.
