The Story

Long before the lights rise and the first note carries through the room, the Miller Theater stands as proof of what a community can accomplish together. Reanimated in 2018 following a $23 million capital campaign led by the Augusta Symphony, the historic Broad Street landmark was restored with extraordinary care. The goal was clear: provide the Symphony with a permanent home while creating a state-of-the-art live entertainment venue.

Today, the Miller Theater hosts more than 80 events each year, welcoming concertgoers, families, touring artists, and first-time visitors. Known for modern amenities, thoughtful hospitality, and a preserved historic interior, the venue balances past and present. From symphony performances to film series introducing children to the magic of the big screen, every event reflects a commitment to guest experience, entertainment, and community connection.
