had a vision of putting her patients’ needs first. With Your Aging
Therapist that’s just what she’s been able to do. Jennifer has
been an OT for 17 years. After treating patients at the discretion
of insurance companies and corporations, she decided it was
time to create her own practice. This allows Jennifer to have the
autonomy and decision-making abilities that enable her to provide
the best care to her patients and help them age in place.
Your Aging Therapist is a mobile on-site therapy practice that comes to you, however, they
are not a home health agency. They provide outpatient therapy for those who cannot or
do not want to go to a clinic. Offering occupational and physical therapy services their
specialties include fall prevention, family education & family training, preventative care &
aging in place, home safety & home program development and self-care independence.
Your Aging Therapist will come to your home or living facility. Their mission is to create
opportunities for clients to remain in their homes as safely and independently as possible
by providing quality therapy services in the client's natural environments, minimize declines
associated with aging, and allowing clients to prosper in their homes and community.
