Rafael’s journey began 15 years ago as a host, where he quickly fell in love with the restaurant and the hospitality industry. Over time, he worked in nearly every role—server, baker, and even cook—perfecting the famous honey wheat bread and honing his culinary creativity.His passion for food and craft beer
inspired new menu additions, including crowd-pleasers like Ahi Tuna Nachos, Pot Roast, and Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, which have quickly become customer favorites.
