This retro diner in North Augusta, SC, has
been a part of the local community for more
than 50 years. Now owned by the Usry family
and part of the Fat Man’s Café Hospitality
Group, the diner has recently enjoyed a refreshing facelift, bringing it back to life as
a vibrant family drive-in and much loved local destination. You’ll even find renovated
drive-in boxes, which can be used by customers who want to pull in and order from
the comfort of their vehicle.
With a focus on fresh, quality and local ingredients, the menu features handmade
burgers, hot dogs, frosty floats, and dipped cones. Specialty shakes and monthly
meal specials are also part of the fun. Sno-Cap is community oriented: it hosts bike
nights and cruise-in events for classic and collector cars, supports the North
Augusta community initiative Third Thursday, and is a sponsor of the GreenJackets
baseball team. Dog friendly, the Cap welcomes customers to dine in or sit outside—
don’t forget to take a selfie in front of the Insta-worthy mural of a dancing burger,
hot dog and root beer float!
