Chosen in 1923 to host Augusta’s welcoming banquet
for President Warren G. Harding, the restaurants at
the Partridge Inn boast a centuries-long legacy of
culinary excellence. The newly redesigned 8595 is
an upscale establishment where you can dine on contemporary Southern cuisine
on the hotel’s main floor. 6 South, located on the rooftop of the Partridge Inn,
provides the spectacular views of the city with the added benefit of a raw bar.
With menus crafted by formally trained chefs, 8595 offers a variety of regional favorites that include a modern twist, replete with craft cocktails. Its ever-evolving menu features dishes ranging from creative small plates to decadent entrees and desserts. The main bar has an elegant, polished atmosphere and is the perfect backdrop for a casual gathering or intimate date. The rooftop bar, 6 South, has added a raw oyster bar and restaurant serving craft cocktails and light fare; it offers a new dining experience on the rooftop. Both are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
