The Story

Brad Pond had long imagined running a coffee shop of his own. After years in corporate America, the opportunity arrived when he purchased Cavalier’s Coffee, a neighborhood café that had already built a loyal following. Rather than reinvent the brand, Brad focused on strengthening what people already loved while thoughtfully moving it forward. Known for carefully crafted lattes and house-made syrups, the café has become a comfortable place to start the day, meet a friend, or slow down with a good cup of coffee.

Cavalier’s Coffee offers more than a traditional café menu. Guests will find coffee, pastries, light lunch options, and a selection of beer and wine, along with a courtyard that hosts gatherings and community events. Brad and his team emphasize hospitality and consistency, believing great coffee should be paired with genuine service. Veteran owned and rooted in the neighborhood, Cavalier’s Coffee continues to grow while holding onto the welcoming atmosphere that built its reputation.
