His wife, Bethany, brings valuable business insight, and their children are part of the day-to-day operations-- making Big Wave truly family-owned and operated.

As the new office manager, Kylee brings years of experience in pool maintenance and water chemistry, pairing technical knowledge with a practical approach that ensures customers receive reliable support every step of the way.
