Your home purchase is a unique experience, and
Kim Smith is not a cookie-cutter realtor. Her unique
experience has helped her connect deeply with the
personal needs of every client she serves. In 2005,
Kim moved to the Augusta area, after beginning
work in title, escrow, and closing in Florida, and
following her education at the University of Tampa.
After working with her father at his company that builds exotic trucks (F650 Super
Trucks), and also meeting her husband, Ricky, she got her real estate license five years
ago, specializing in land sales. She has grown the home-sales part of her clientele,
where her special touch with buyers and sellers has developed a devoted following.
Kim actively supports her mother in a nonprofit dedicated to recreational resources for
individuals with special needs. Their venture is called the RECing Crew and is located
in North Augusta. Kim sat on the original board of directors for the organization. Her
parents just broke ground on the North Augusta Miracle League Stadium, of which she
is a proud dugout sponsor. Kim has two sons—Tyler, a freshman at Augusta University,
and Anthony, a freshman at Westminster Schools of Augusta.
